By accessing or using the Revex MX website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or purchase our products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We sell to consumers in Australia and the Australian Consumer Law applies to what we sell. These guarantees operate on top of these Terms and on top of our voluntary warranty. Where any clause in these Terms is inconsistent with them, the Australian Consumer Law prevails and that clause does not apply.
Our returns and refunds policy and our warranty set out how to make a claim. If you believe we have not met our obligations, you can contact the ACCC or the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

Nothing here displaces the consumer guarantee that goods match their description. If a bike you receive does not match how we described it, you have remedies under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this clause.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping fees are shown separately before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment must be received in full before we ship your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods through our secure payment processor.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount.

We carry the risk of loss or damage in transit until the bike is delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will replace it or refund you — you do not have to pursue the carrier yourself.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law confers on you and that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Any part of these Terms that would do so does not apply to you.
Subject to that, and only to the extent the law permits, Revex MX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or use, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.
We remain liable for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our failure to meet a consumer guarantee, as the Australian Consumer Law provides.
Electric dirt bikes are inherently dangerous. Riding one carries risks including serious injury or death, and those risks rise with speed, terrain and rider inexperience. Always wear appropriate safety gear, ride within your ability, and follow all local laws and regulations.
Accepting the risks of riding does not affect your consumer guarantees. You remain entitled to a bike that is of acceptable quality and safe for its intended use, and this clause does not limit our responsibility if a bike is defective.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Revex MX and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the current version is always the one published on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published — they never change the terms of an order we have already accepted, and they never reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
