Minimal assembly. Bikes arrive 95% assembled. You'll need to attach handlebars and charge the battery. Instructions and tools included.
If the bike is faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply — repair, replacement or refund depending on how serious the problem is, with no time limit of ours and no return cost to you. For a major failure you choose between a refund and a replacement. We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and ask us anything before you order.
