Yes. All our bikes are IP67 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain, mud, and stream crossings. Not designed for full submersion.

Minimal assembly. Bikes arrive 95% assembled. You'll need to attach handlebars and charge the battery. Instructions and tools included.
If the bike is faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply — repair, replacement or refund depending on how serious the problem is, with no time limit of ours and no return cost to you. For a major failure you choose between a refund and a replacement. We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and ask us anything before you order. Much less than gas bikes. No oil changes, no air filters, no spark plugs. Regular maintenance includes tire pressure, brake pads, chain tension, and cleaning.
Our batteries are rated for 1,000+ charge cycles before dropping below 80% capacity. That's typically 5-8 years of normal use.
